Finger Labyrinths

Walking a labyrinth is an ancient practice of following a meandering path that eventually leads you inward to the center, and then back out again to your starting point.  For over 4000 years they have been used as tools for personal and spiritual transformation.  Today people walk them for a variety of reasons:  relaxation, meditation, creativity or even just for fun!

Using printed labyrinths allow you to travel through them using your finger while seated in comfort! (which is especially good at times like these . . . )

Register for this FREE online tutorial and you'll receive:

*  printable versions of finger labyrinths that you can color & decorate any way you like! (see below)

*  A handout with suggestions for a variety of ways to use them for focus, creativity, gratitude, prayer and mindfulness/stress relief.  (Also great to use with groups!)

* Video tutorials with step-by-step instructions for how to draw your own finger labyrinths.  It's easier than you think with these clever tricks!

* Links to our facebook page where you can post your labyrinths and insights!  Can't wait to see them!

Thanks for joining me, Nicole Steiman with ARTstarters,  in my latest mindful art project!  They also are a great HEartPRAYER for quiet time with God.
