This is a time just for YOU! To share a listening ear with no one else. To breathe and draw any worries away! To learn a drawing meditation you can use over and over, with many variations, and perhaps even share later with your friends and/or family. But for right in THIS moment, this time is YOURS!
Private Session (you along with 1 or 2 supportive friends) – $69.00
A creative bonding experience for you, plus 1 or 2 encouraging friends, family, kids, spouses or parents! Great for ages 8 and up, and absolutely no artistic experience is necessary as we were all created to be creative!
Special Guest: Code Required – $29.00

A Relaxing Meditative Drawing Session Just for YOU!

An encouraging, listening ear, along with a fun and easy drawing meditation/prayer, all at your own individual pace. Each session is about 1 hour long where we draw the monthly HEartPRAYER, a new spiritual drawing exercise each month that you can practice and even share with others close to you.

This month we are playing with variations on the Scribble Prayer/Meditation, combining it with a phrases, colors or patterns that speak to your heart. This time together is all about helping you take a deep breath to refresh your heart, mind and spirit!

Nicole is a trained life and creativity coach, who is passionate about using art to open our hearts to inspiration from ourselves and our Creator! This process not only provides tools for mental wellness, but also increases ideas for creative solutions, a sense of hope, and a deepened spiritual connection to God. This session is held at a shady, outside location in Laguna Hills, weather permitting, near a popular juice/coffee/snack place.
