Filling My Heart: Zentangle HEartPRAYER/Meditation
(online retreat)
Here it is! Your 1-hour bite-size meditation retreat, right in your own private space!

Drawing can be a great way to meditate, especially when the words won't come. We'll start by simply drawing a scribble or filling a heart shape with colors or patterns.
This HEartPRAYER is inspired by the Zentangle process, drawing repetitive patterns with a simple black pen. Each pattern is shown using easy steps, one at a time. Everyone can draw this!
This online class was originally shared for a webinar for Widows to Warriors, facilitated by Nicole Steiman of ARTstarters. Of course, watching it here, you can pause it as often as you like while you are drawing. Remember to take your time, relax and enjoy each like you draw, and that there are no mistakes!
Immediately upon registration, you will receive the following links so you can start drawing this meditation right away:
1) 45-minute recorded class with real-time teaching
2) 15-minute sped-up video with additional patterns and music (no talking)
3). Some printable step-outs of patterns to practice and use to fill your heart.
