Meditation Monday: Drawing Love Notes
with Nicole Steiman
(recording from 2/6/23)
Let's create space in our day and in our hearts
for a moment of relaxation and quiet
to draw LOVE Notes - for ourselves or for someone else!
This is a recorded session (30 minute drawing meditation), with an added link to a 7 minute drawing meditation with music. And several tip videos as well for added inspiration. You'll see a few variations that will help you create your own versions, with multiple meditation possibilities all week long!

(Designs above is using the pattern Luv-A, created by Sharon Caforio.)
Did you know drawing can be a way to meditate, relax and de-stress from the day? Although the result will be beautiful, we'll use simple patterns that are relaxing to draw no matter what age or skill you have. Allow yourself to be surprised by how they turn out!
I LOVE HEARTS! So of course, we’ll start with a heart design to draw as a little note for someone, for yourself or even as a prayer. I'll share some tips, ideas and variations. And then we’ll end our time so you can continue your meditation in your own way: add your own finishing touches or just sit in silence and reflect.
Eat dinner early, eat dinner later, or come with a smoothie! All time zones welcome! Plan an hour if you can, but even just a half hour will get you started. Can’t make the time or something comes up? We’ll send out a recording afterward so you can follow along at your own pace and time.
We all need a little more LOVE and KINDNESS in our lives. Let’s draw together!
