Zentangle is the practice of creating beautiful images from repeating patterns.

There are over 100 patterns in Zentangle. Each pattern is made up of easy, yet deliberate, strokes of the pen, using combinations of dots, lines and arcs. The pattern is usually non-representational in and of itself, but when the strokes are combined together they make an exquisite impact.

This class is done to relaxation music in our inspirational studio where you can put your intention into your creations. Closed beverages suggested to protect artwork.

If this is your 1st time learning Zentangle, we suggest you do the afternoon class specifically for beginners (although experience is not necessary to take this one -- you'll just get the full story and my favorite beginner patterns). Regardless of which session you can attend, 1st timers will get a basic kit so you can continue this art form as a ritual, adding more creativity, focus and beauty into your life.

Each month we will share at least 5 new patterns with variations, tips on creating strings, tiles, and shading -- and end with a collaborative project that has a big impact!

First session: $35, includes basic Zentangle kit
