Renaissance Zentangle Tiles

*  Note this class will introduce our new TAN tiles, where we can play with the full spectrum of black, brown and white shading . . . They'll remind you of the old sepia drawings of olde!

There are over 100 patterns in Zentangle. Each pattern is made up of easy, yet deliberate, strokes of the pen, using combinations of dots, lines and arcs. The pattern is usually non-representational in and of itself, but when the strokes are combined together they make an exquisite impact.

This class is done to relaxation music in our inspirational studio where you can put your intention into your creations. Closed beverages suggested to protect artwork.

If this is your 1st time learning Zentangle, we suggest you sign up for the Intro to Zentangle class that starts an hour earlier at 9am.  The Intro class will overlap with this one at 10am - Noon to continue learning more patterns with the "regulars who come every month." So you'll get both classes by signing up for the 9am Intro class.

Each month we will share at least 5 new patterns with variations, tips on creating strings, tiles, and shading -- and end with a collaborative project that has a big impact!

First session: $35, includes basic Zentangle kit + bonus supplies!

Repeaters - $25, includes some extra supplies that you will get to keep :)
